— Josef Nicolas Brocki Jiménez, 25, is the founder and CEO of Evolve, a Spanish company focused on technology education and adoption for businesses. He leads a team of more than 60 collaborators and has built a company that has trained over 8,000 professionals, achieving an employability and career advancement rate exceeding 85%. Evolve reported €1.5M in revenue in 2024, reached €3M in 2025, and is projected to achieve €6M in 2026, maintaining positive EBITDA and cash flow while operating without external capital.

From Practice to Method
Born in Madrid on December 14, 2000, Brocki followed a non-traditional path. His formal education ended at the ESO level, equivalent to completing mandatory secondary education. He then pursued a self-directed learning process based on real-world execution, using the internet, books, and direct interaction with professionals already operating in the market. Between the ages of 16 and 21, he explored multiple digital ventures across esports, e-commerce, and B2B services, gaining experience in iteration, rapid failure, and understanding market demand without relying on prior capital. During this period, he identified a recurring issue: companies often lacked professionals capable of effectively using available technology, while individuals struggled to access training aligned with rapidly evolving industry needs. This gap became the conceptual foundation of Evolve.
Where It All Started
Brocki became independent at 18 and began operating from his garage. In 2019, he established Evolve Media SL to manage various digital projects. In January 2022, he founded Evolve Academy Educación SL, which is now the group’s primary operating entity focused on technology transformation and workforce capability. Although the project originated in 2018, Brocki considers 2022 the effective founding year due to the consolidation of its model and strategic direction.
A Bootstrapped Operating Philosophy
From the outset, Brocki chose not to raise external capital, prioritizing validation, operational control, and sustainable growth. “I have a very practical personality, focused on tactics, control, and execution. I preferred learning through my own experience, my own mistakes, and direct practice,” he explains. This approach has allowed Evolve to scale without equity dilution while maintaining financial discipline. “In 2025, we prioritized stability over volume, going against the broader market trend. We closed the year with very positive EBITDA, and in 2026 the focus is on consolidating that position,” he adds.
A Company Focused on Tech Enablement
Evolve’s core activity is built around Tech Enablement, delivering intensive eight-month master’s programs conducted live and fully online in areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, DevOps & cloud, people analytics, and product engineering. A defining feature of these programs is that all instructors are active professionals working within the technology sector, ensuring practical and up-to-date training. This model has been a key driver behind the company’s 85%+ employability and career advancement rate. Graduates have gone on to work at companies including Banco Santander, Mapfre, Santa Lucía, L’Oréal, and Carrefour. On the corporate side, Evolve collaborates with enterprises to diagnose technical capability gaps and design tailored training programs. One example is its work with Indra Sistemas, a publicly traded European technology, defense, and systems integrator listed on the IBEX 35, where Evolve has implemented Tech Enablement projects with measurable outcomes. “An academy sells courses. We sell installed capability within teams. If the client’s team cannot execute at the end of the program, we have failed. The philosophy is simple: enabling evolution through technology with measurable outcomes,” Brocki states.
WEvolve: Technology with Purpose
In addition to its commercial operations, Evolve has developed WEvolve, an initiative focused on social impact. Its activities include expanding access to education for individuals with financial barriers, developing pro-bono technology for nonprofit organizations, and maintaining collaborations with institutions serving vulnerable communities. One of its key projects, valentIA, has been developed in partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities. Brocki emphasizes that the initiative is not driven by branding considerations. “We are not an NGO. We operate for profit because I believe that is how we can contribute the most. The better we perform, the more we can do. Money is a consequence, not the objective. The objective is transformation,” he explains.
Roadmap
Evolve projects revenue of approximately €6M in 2026 while maintaining positive EBITDA and cash flow under its bootstrapped model. The company’s roadmap includes expanding its B2C training programs, strengthening its Tech Enablement positioning among corporate clients in Spain, and consolidating WEvolve as a dedicated impact vertical. Brocki does not rely on long-term forecasts, focusing instead on clarity of purpose and adaptability. “What I am clear about is the what and the why. The how is discovered day by day,” he concludes.
